Mp3 Player....
on friday at lunch break... as ever decided to have something junk... as ever ... decided to pay visit to Kaybees at Mohd ali society.... on the way saw this FM Radio Modulator in frds car so now it was the hot topic for me to get to the grass root of this technology.... and then came to the conclusion tht its far more cheap and easy to use ... Macro is offering it for Rs. 749/- not bad at all. all you need to do is get ur usb (flash drive) or SD card have all your mp3 plugin it and set the frequence to empty channel and all done... now every1 has that much access to internet. and get done with downloading.... so here is the same .... i m not the sales man of makro ... per its worth having it ... no need to burn the cd's buy audio, or wait for ur fav. song to be played at radio if rj is in good mood to play it.

i hate this client
in the early march 08 i was assigned this client which is well reputed and one of the biggest companies in pakistan. the relationship of that company with us is since 8 or more years. since that my company has learnt that although its has well educated and highly paid employees but they aren't risk takers or getting the ownership of doing things on their own. in march 08 i did the GAP analysis session for them and made the healthy report for them saying present vs industry trend and best for their company. still no response although we have been paid but no action reason the solution you provided will increase the work on employees and our response is then forget it no information security that you dream off and no proper utilization of ERP you got. just use ERP as a MIS rather then using it system as a whole follow the traditional method doing things. lets forget it....
well this client loves to have meeting in their well designed board room with online facilities of video conferencing with plant.. i must say one of the state of the art technology they have got to pass the information and to do the work. monthly only on internet bandwidth would sum up 200k or more... (kahir i m going off the topic).... so these ppl needs to learn more from us.. again meeting called up on tuesday ... i dunt need to drive that long from shahrah-e-faisal to M.T Khan Rd. dam ... but still need to go thats wht i m paid for...
kahir now lets see how warm welcome i get their with their bunch of wishes.

Finally Got it....
i have been working on this new prospect for my company. did the discovery session, meeting with high authorities, meeting their requirement, understanding the their nature and style of working. after the hard work and research, made dozens of reports making integration fit documents and clearing out my concepts of integerations and presenting it to the client and my management gave me good colours in return.
i was really looking forward for this client and really wanted to work with them. this project has everything complete financial modules, complete supply chain module and as a topping manufacturing module. i dont know how things will be manage and who will be leading the project. as PMO is busy with mega project (this project is nothing infront of it) and who will be team players. my fingers are crossed this project and willing take up the challange and make it happend. so who will be in the team? well what and how many team players does this project needs, basic requirements and number of suggested players are as follow:
a) Financial (GL, AP, AR) --> 2 Consultants (1 would do the job if Haq is assigned)
b) Procurement (Purchasing & Inventory) --> 2 consultant
c) O2c (Order to cash) --> 1 consultant
d) DBA --> Mr. II & his team
e) Developer ---> Mr. SMA (he is best for the job)
f) Manufacturing --> Need to get some1 from the market else Mr. AA is available to run the show.
well lets see how things work and when the deal is finalized.
